1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Links Growth website (the “Site”) and any services provided by Links Growth Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing the Site or commissioning our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Links Growth provides editorial link building, guest posting, digital PR and related SEO services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work or order form agreed between you and us.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or any server, computer or database connected to it.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Links Growth Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Quotes, pricing and payment

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at the statutory rate.

6. Client responsibilities

To deliver the agreed services, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to relevant systems (such as your CMS or analytics). Delays in providing these may affect timelines and, in some cases, the price of the engagement.

7. SEO outcomes and guarantees

Search engine optimisation is influenced by many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes and competitor activity. While we use best-in-class editorial methods, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels or commercial outcomes.

8. Link placement and quality

We focus on editorial, manually-built links on real UK and international websites with genuine traffic. We do not participate in link farms, PBNs or paid link schemes that violate Google’s guidelines. Placement outcomes are subject to publisher acceptance and editorial discretion.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information that is identified as confidential or that ought reasonably to be considered confidential. This obligation continues after the end of the engagement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Links Growth Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the Site or the services. Our total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by giving 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
